Happy New Year!

After a super fun week with family, we decided to keep the fun going and invite our friends from Logan to come over and spend the day with us on New Year's Eve. They have 3 boys. We have 4. That's a lot of little boys! We had lots of time to catch up over lunch and dinner.  In between meals, we went to downtown Salt Lake to ride Trax, see the Planetarium, the Children's area at the Church History Museum and get a treat at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.  The boys all chose "play doh" ice cream cones even though it was 30-something degrees outside while they were eating them.  We ended the night with lots of sparklers, popper things and a few "Happy New Year!" shouts (even though it was only about 7:00PM).  Thanks for coming down, Papkes! We had a great time!

Looks like so much fun! My kids LOVE play-doh ice cream. Yik! It grosses me out just to look at it. It reminds me of the food from the movie "Hook".
